TXT Becomes Fastest K-Pop Artist To Debut On Billboard's Pop Radio Airplay Chart + Extends Record On Billboard 200 In 4th Week

TXT set more than one record on the Billboard charts this week!

For the week ending on July 10, TXT scored their first-ever entry on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart, which measures total weekly plays on approximately 167 mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States. The group’s recent track “Magic” entered the chart at No. 40, making it their first song ever to do so.

With this new achievement, TXT is now the fastest Korean artist in Billboard history to make their debut on the Pop Airplay chart. Only four other K-pop groups have ever entered the chart at all: BTS, MONSTA X, BLACKPINK, and LOONA.

Meanwhile, over on the Billboard 200, TXT’s “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” became the first K-pop album of 2021 to spend four weeks on the chart. After debuting at No. 5 in its first week, the album has spent four straight weeks on the Top 200 chart (Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the United States). For the week ending on July 10, “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” charted at No. 107.

“The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” also climbed back up to No. 2 on Billboard’s World Albums chart in its fifth week, and it ranked No. 12 on the Top Current Album Sales chart and No. 13 on the Top Album Sales chart.

In their fifth week on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, TXT’s latest title track “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” climbed back up to No. 10, while their viral B-side “Anti-Romantic” held onto its spot at No. 21. Finally, TXT charted at No. 74 on this week’s Artist 100.

Congratulations to TXT on their historic achievement!
