KBS’s “Be My Dream Family” will be going on on a temporary hiatus due to a cast member testing positive for COVID-19.
On July 7, KBS officially announced that one of the child actors in “Be My Dream Family” had been diagnosed with COVID-19. According to the network, as soon as they learned the news, the production staff immediately shut down filming and tested the entire cast and crew for COVID-19.
Fortunately, the rest of the cast and crew tested negative for the virus, but those who came into close contact with the confirmed patient have since gone into self-quarantine as a precautionary measure.
As a result, “Be My Dream Family” will not be airing from July 19 to July 23, and it has not yet been decided when the show will return to air.
