“The Devil Judge” And “Nevertheless” Ratings Rise; “Love (Ft. Marriage And Divorce) 2” Breaks Own TV Chosun Record
The battle for weekend drama ratings is getting fierce!
On July 10, tvN’s new drama “The Devil Judge”—which stars Ji Sung, GOT7‘s Jinyoung, and Kim Min Jung—enjoyed a rise in viewership for its third episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the drama’s latest broadcast scored an average nationwide rating of 5.5 percent, marking an increase from its second episode last week.
“The Devil Judge” also took first place in its time slot across all channels—even including public broadcast networks—among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 2.5 percent and a peak of 3.2 percent.
JTBC’s “Nevertheless” similarly saw its ratings rise for its fourth episode, which scored an average nationwide rating of 1.7 percent.
Meanwhile, “Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 2” set a new record for the highest viewership ratings ever achieved by any drama in TV Chosun history, breaking the record set by its own first season. The drama earned an average nationwide rating of 11.3 percent for its latest episode, soaring into the double digits at first place in its time slot.
tvN’s “Voice 4” held steady, maintaining its average nationwide rating of 3.7 percent from its previous episode the night before. The drama also claimed first place in its time slot across all channels—including public broadcast networks—among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 2.3 percent and a peak of 2.9 percent.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Revolutionary Sisters” continued its run as the most-watched program to air on any channel on Saturday, scoring an average nationwide rating of 27.0 percent for the night.
