Watch: WJSN's Dawon And Yeonjung Feature On Goo Jun Yeop (DJ Koo)'s Performance On "Immortal Songs"
WJSN’s Dawon and Yeonjung made a special appearance on KBS’s “Immortal Songs.”
The July 17 episode was Part 2 of the show’s “Summer Gayo Daejeon” special, pitting guests from “Gayo Top 10” against guests from “Music Bank.” (“Gayo Top 10” was the predecessor to “Music Bank” and aired from 1981 to 1998.) Performing this week were NRG, HYNN, Hong Kyung Min, Goo Jun Yeop (DJ Koo), Shin Seung Tae and Jaeha, and N.Flying.

DJ Koo is a former member of Clon and now works as a DJ and music producer. He produced the “Produce 101” theme song “Pick Me” with Maximite. For his performance, he chose the song “Unreasonable Reason” by Park Mi Kyung and enlisted the help of WJSN’s Dawon and Yeonjung and rapper Xitsuh. The performance featured not only the WJSN members’ vocals, DJ Koo’s DJ-ing, but also breakdancing, rapping, and taekwondo.
As the final performer on the “Gayo Top 10” team, if DJ Koo lost his round to HYNN, then it would have been the “Music Bank” team’s win. However, DJ Koo’s multifaceted performance impressed the panelists and he ended up taking the overall win on the episode.
