Song Ji Hyo Thanks Fans For Birthday Wishes + Shares Photos Of The Many Cool Cakes She Received

Song Ji Hyo has expressed her gratitude to her fans for celebrating her birthday!

On August 15, the actress rang in her 40th birthday (by international reckoning), and many of her fans showed love on her special day by sending her gifts, cakes, flowers, and birthday wishes.

Sharing photos of the many presents she’d received, Song Ji Hyo wrote on Instagram, “Everyoneee, I sincerely thank you, thank you, thank you sooo much for celebrating my birthday together with me every year.”

She went on, “Thanks to all of your love, I had a happy and joyful birthday this year as well… I will always keep these feelings of gratitude in my heart! Once again, thank you.”
