Spoilers

Previously on “The Penthouse 3,” Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah) and Logan Lee (Park Eun Suk) began their plan to take revenge and exposed the crimes of Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) and Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon). Cheon Seo Jin and Joo Dan Tae betrayed each other to save themselves. Eventually, Cheon Seo Jin secured evidence that Joo Dan Tae was at the scene of Oh Yoon Hee’s (Eugene‘s) death, and he ended up being on the run as a suspect behind her murder. Joo Dan Tae attempted to run away to China but became unconscious after he entered the stowaway ship. However, Cheon Seo Jin didn’t earn her happily ever after because her daughter Ha Eun Byul (Choi Ye Bin) drugged her with a memory-erasing drug.

In particular, Bae Ro Na was heartbroken when she found out Cheon Seo Jin was the one who had killed her mother. She was even more devastated when she learned that Yoo Dong Pil (Park Ho San) had thrown Oh Yoon Hee’s dead body into the river.

The newly released stills show Bae Ro Na confronting her mother’s murderer. In this particular scene, Cheon Seo Jin calls Bae Ro Na to the chairman office of the Chung Ah Foundation. Bae Ro Na is completely filled with rage, but Cheon Seo Jin couldn’t care less.

Then Bae Ro Na reveals the screen of her phone to the numerous reporters who appear in the office, and Cheon Seo Jin’s expression becomes frozen with fear. Viewers are already eager to find out what she has exposed about the villainous woman.

Kim So Yeon and Kim Hyun Soo built up the tension during rehearsal, and once they started filming, they vividly expressed their characters’ emotional changes.

The production staff praised the two actresses for successfully portraying the sharp tension between their characters and leading the set with their incredible immersion of their roles. They added, “Please watch until the end to see how their intertwined, ill-fated relationship will end.”

“The Penthouse 3” airs every Friday at 10 p.m. KST.
