Yoon Shi Yoon Describes How Cha Tae Hyun Hilariously Summed Up His Skills At Quiz Games
Yoon Shi Yoon appeared as a guest on the September 5 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” along with his “You Raise Me Up” co-stars Hani and Park Ki Woong.
During the episode, the cast members and guests speculated that a quiz mission was coming up and chose their partners accordingly. Song Ji Hyo picked Yoon Shi Yoon because he is well-known for his love of reading. Kim Jong Kook, who had been abandoned as her partner, asked, “Are you good at this? How were your quiz skills on the other show?”
“The other show” refers to the third season of “2 Days & 1 Night,” where Yoon Shi Yoon had been a fixed cast member. Kim Jong Kook’s close friend Cha Tae Hyun was also a cast member at the same time as Yoon Shi Yoon.
Yoon Shi Yoon said, “There’s something that Cha Tae Hyun used to say to me all the time. ‘For someone who reads a lot, your brain doesn’t retain a lot of what you read.'” Song Ji Hyo exclaimed, “You should have told me that before!”
As it was too late to change partners, Jun So Min chose Kim Jong Kook (abandoning Ji Suk Jin), but Yoo Jae Suk used his chance card to take back Kim Jong Kook and gave Jun So Min Yang Se Chan instead.
