Song Jae Rim Joins Kim Min Seok And Nam Gyu Ri In New Drama

Actor Song Jae Rim has been cast in the new drama “Bloody Romance” (literal translation)”!

“Bloody Romance” is about the dicey yet sweet story of Inter-Korean romance and unification between a South Korean world star who has enlisted in the military and a North Korean female soldier.

Earlier this week, it was announced that Kim Min Seok and Nam Gyu Ri had been cast as the male and female leads.

Song Jae Rim has been cast in the role of Sung Jae Hoon, a special forces soldier in the North Korean army. He appears to be the perfect modern man from his sophisticated looks to his perfect Seoul accent, but he is a character who deeply believes in a higher ideal than capitalism. He will appear as a charming villain who threatens the unification of North and South Korea.

“Bloody Romance” will premiere sometime in the first half of 2022.
