First to perform was the Yook Joong Wan Band, who performed Park Goon’s song “Let’s Have a Drink,” requested by a taekwondo athlete from Uganda. Next was K-Tigers Zero, a co-ed group who combines taekwondo with K-pop, who performed Red Velvet’s “Red Flavor” at the request of Iceland’s taekwondo national coach.

Yook Joong Wan Band won the match-up, which fired up the next performer, WEi. Kim Yo Han said, “I feel even more stubborn seeing that K-Tigers Zero lost. It means that taekwondo has lost.” Before debuting as an idol, Kim Yo Han was a national-level taekwondo athlete. He trained with K-Tigers Zero’s Kim Min Seo in middle school, and she said of him, “He was untouchable. He was also really good-looking then too.”

WEi combined hip hop and traditional music in an epic “Arirang” medley, which was requested by a taekwondo athlete from Austria. Their performance also included taekwondo in the form of a group of young athletes, known as “Little K-Tigers.” WEi won the match-up against Yook Joong Wan Band.

The final win on the show was taken by Shin Young Sook, who performed Jo Su Mi’s “Champions” at the request of a taekwondo family in Brazil. She was assisted by the cast of the musical “Excalibur.” Other performers included Hong Kyung Min and Seo J, who performed Jang Yoon Jung’s “Call the Soul” at the request of coach Choi Young Suk, who helped Thailand win its first Olympic gold medal in taekwondo, and Shin Yu and Park Ku Yoon, who sang “Hometown in My Dream” at the request of Lee Kwan Young, who has promoted taekwondo in France for 50 years.
