Kim Yoo Jung Makes Generous Donation To Help Children In Need

Kim Yoo Jung celebrated her birthday in an especially meaningful way!

The actress rang in her 22nd birthday a couple of weeks ago, and ChildFund Korea (also known as the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation) has now revealed that she donated 30 million won (approximately $25,413) in honor of the occasion.

Kim Yoo Jung has consistently made donations to help children in need, whether by paying for the medical treatment expenses of young patients or donating to children in low-income households suffering due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her latest donation will go towards helping young children in danger who are victims of crime with their living expenses and medical expenses, so they can recover their health and make a fresh start.

ChildFund Korea president Lee Je Hoon remarked, “During this difficult time in which COVID-19 has made it even harder for children who are victims of crime to sustain themselves, we are grateful to actress Kim Yoo Jung, who has warmheartedly participated in giving.”

He continued, “We at ChildFund Korea will join her in making it possible for young children in danger who are victims of crime to recover and return to their everyday lives.”
