Amidst the fierce ongoing battle for Saturday night drama ratings, both SBS’s “One the Woman” and tvN’s “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” are holding their own!

On October 9, “One the Woman” continued its reign as not only the most-watched program in its time slot and the most-watched miniseries to air on Saturday, but also the most-watched miniseries of the entire week. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of the hit comedy starring Honey Lee and Lee Sang Yoon scored an average nationwide rating of 13.5 percent and a peak of 17.4 percent.

“One the Woman” was also the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average rating of 5.7 percent.

Meanwhile, “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” earned an average nationwide rating of 9.2 percent and a peak of 10.7 percent for its latest episode. The romantic comedy also remained first place in its time slot across all channels—including public broadcast networks—among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 5.4 percent.

MBC’s “The Veil,” which airs in the same time slot as “One the Woman,” scored an average nationwide rating of 7.8 percent and a peak of 10.6 percent last night.

tvN’s “Yumi’s Cells” maintained its average nationwide rating of 2.1 percent from the previous night, while JTBC’s “Lost” fell to a new all-time low of 1.1 percent.

Finally, KBS 2TV’s new drama “Young Lady and Gentleman” remained the most-watched program to air on any channel on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 24.4 percent.
