Watch: ITZY's Yeji, WJSN's Luda, And Jun So Min Form An Unexpected Girl Group On "Running Man"

On the October 24 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” ITZY’s Yeji, WJSN’s Luda, BIBI, and MC Minzy (Jung Joon Ha) appeared as guests.

This episode’s race was the “Golden Ratio Race,” where the cast and guests competed to see who would get the “golden ratio” or the “garbage ratio.”

The first task was to pick a captain, who would decide everyone’s order from No. 1 to No. 11. The order would also determine the two teams for the next mission. Kim Jong Kook became the captain and arranged the order as Yang Se Chan, HaHa, BIBI, Jung Joon Ha, Luda, Ji Suk Jin, Yoo Jae Suk, himself, Yeji, Jun So Min, and Song Ji Hyo.

The production staff picked the number four, meaning that everyone ranked fourth and above were part of one team (the minority team) and the rest were in the majority team. These teams then participated in a quiz game spanning three categories: common knowledge, four-character idioms, and current events, which the minority team won 3 to 2.

The second mission was to test quickness on one’s feet. Ji Suk Jin got to decide the order and the teams were divided into Kim Jong Kook and Ji Suk Jin (minority team) and the rest on the majority team. In the “flour blue flag white flag game,” Kim Jong Kook’s skill garnered the minority team the win.

The final mission in the race was to cross a stepping stone bridge with tiles that were 50 percent solid and 50 percent false, with the false tiles leading to a drop to the styrofoam pit below. Song Ji Hyo shocked everyone with the return of her famous luck as she succeeded seven times in a row without falling, which had a probability of 0.7 percent.

In the end, everyone on the majority team for this mission failed, while on the minority team, BIBI and Yang Se Chan failed without succeeding in a single tile but Kim Jong Kook managed to cross the bridge to bring his team the win.

At the end of the episode, the rankings were, in order: Kim Jong Kook, Song Ji Hyo, Jung Joon Ha, Ji Suk Jin, HaHa, Yang Se Chan, BIBI and Yoo Jae Suk (tied), Yeji, Jun So Min, and Luda. Through a lottery, the production staff picked the number “eight,” meaning that everyone below that number were selected for the punishment.

In this case, Yeji, Luda, and Jun So Min put on funny wigs and costumes and performed as an impromptu girl group to dance to songs by ITZY, WJSN, and BIBI.
