TXT Tops iTunes Charts And Oricon's Daily Album Chart For 2 Days Straight With 1st Japanese EP

TXT’s first Japanese EP is officially a hit!

On November 10, TXT released their first Japanese EP “Chaotic Wonderland.” The album features the original Japanese song “ITO” (the new opening theme song for TV Tokyo’s drama “Spiral Labyrinth” – DNA Forensic Investigation), as well as Japanese versions of TXT’s Korean songs “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” and “MOA Diary (Dubaddu Wari Wari).”

As soon as it was released, “Chaotic Wonderland” debuted at No. 1 on Oricon’s daily album chart, and on November 12, Oricon announced that the EP had topped the chart for a second consecutive day. In just two days, the album has managed to sell a total of 146,245 copies in Japan alone.

On top of its success in Japan, “Chaotic Wonderland” has also been topping iTunes charts in various countries around the world. As of 12 p.m. KST on November 11, “Chaotic Wonderland” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Album charts in at least 16 different regions, including Japan, India, Argentina, Chile, and more.

Additionally, TXT’s new music video for the Japanese version of “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You)” caught the eye of the famous filmmaker Makoto Shinkai (known for animated works like “Your Name” and “Weathering with You”) earlier this week.

Congratulations to TXT!
