Watch: Chungha Portrays Two Contrasting Emotions In Striking “Killing Me” MV

Chungha has released her special single “Killing Me”!

“Killing Me” is an up-tempo pop track that accentuates Chungha’s rhythmical vocals through its minimalistic production. The song is composed by Musikality, Celine Svanbäck, Jeppe London, Mich Hansen, and Sam Merrifield, while the Korean lyrics were written by Chungha and Jo Yoon Kyung. The synth sounds in the chorus part portray a long tunnel, which is also described in the lyrics that talk about a repetitive everyday life and a sudden feeling of lethargy. The tunnel is a metaphor for the frustrating situations that seem endless, but Chungha shares the hopeful message that there will be bright sunlight at the end of the long tunnel.
