“Running Man” Cast Reacts To Song Ji Hyo’s Haircut + Compares Her Look To Yoon Eun Hye In “Coffee Prince”

On the November 28 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” Song Ji Hyo debuted her new short haircut on TV for the first time!

She had previously revealed the haircut on Instagram on November 13.

During the introductory segment, all the “Running Man” cast members came dressed in the styles of the 1990s. Yoo Jae Suk said, “The hot issue right now is Ji Hyo’s short cut.”

Jun So Min said, “I realized that unni has started in on Kim Jong Kook’s affections. Because it looks just like Yoon Eun Hye in ‘Coffee Prince.'” Yoon Eun Hye was Kim Jong Kook’s former “love line” partner on “X-Man,” while the “Running Man” cast have recently frequently joked about a “love line” between Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook. In “Coffee Prince,” Yoon Eun Hye cut her hair short to play a character who pretends to be male in order to work at a coffee shop.

Kim Jong Kook asked, “Wasn’t the hairstyle inspired by Demi Moore?” but Jun So Min insisted that Song Ji Hyo looked like Yoon Eun Hye from “Coffee Prince.” Finally, Song Ji Hyo retorted, “What nonsense is that? Be quiet.” Laughing, Yoo Jae Suk warned Jun So Min, “You almost got slapped just now.”

More seriously, Yoo Jae Suk said, “Now that Ji Hyo’s cut her hair, she’s become the most handsome of us all. For Ji Hyo, it doesn’t matter whether she wears her hair long or short. Now, there are some members among us whose hairstyle plays a big role in whether they’re good-looking or not. I won’t say who it is.”
