Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik will portray a sweet and relatable story about first love in “Our Beloved Summer”!

“Our Beloved Summer” is a romantic comedy about a couple that broke up on a bad note, but the documentary they filmed 10 years ago in high school suddenly gains popularity, and they’re forced to be in front of the camera together once more.

On November 29, the drama shared a preview of the first episode. Nineteen-year-old Choi Woong (Choi Woo Shik) and Guk Yeon Soo (Kim Da Mi) both confidently claim, “What’s certain is that in 10 years, I’ll be doing well in anything.” Now, at age 29, they reunite when Guk Yeon Soo needs Choi Woong’s help for a work project.

Their reunion brings back memories of their comical yet sweet romance in high school. Choi Woong is completely captivated by Guk Yeon Soo’s strong spirit, and he narrates, “Only I know the side of Guk Yeon Soo that people don’t know about.”

Guk Yeon Soo gazes at something as her voiceover says, “I didn’t think we’d ever get involved with each other again.” Choi Woong is also flabbergasted that they’ve been running into each other often lately. Towards the end of the clip, he flashes her a meaningful smile as he agrees to work with her on one condition: film a documentary with him for a month. Guk Yeon Soo is taken aback by his offer, and she quips, “You really are a crazy guy.”

“Our Beloved Summer” premieres on December 6 at 10 p.m. KST.
