Rapper Truedy And Baseball Player Rhee Dae Eun Get Married + Truedy Talks About Their Future Plans
On December 5, rapper Truedy and baseball player Rhee Dae Eun got married at a wedding hall in Seoul. The couple delayed their wedding for over a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an interview with Xportsnews before the wedding, Truedy said, “It was really hard to prepare a wedding during COVID-19. I was also working on my new song at the same time, so I could have gotten really stressed out, but my husband took really good care of me. I was really moved by him several times while preparing for our wedding.”
Truedy and Rhee Dae Eun, who is a pitcher for the KT Wiz, first began dating in 2018 and went public with their relationship in November of that year. Truedy said, “We received a lot of congratulations when we announced our marriage. I’m grateful and happy that people are wishing us well. It’s unusual for a rapper and baseball player to date and get married, but I’m grateful that people looked on it in a positive light. When we first started dating publicly, I wanted to show myself but was scared. But as people began to look on us in a positive light, I gained courage. Now I want to be myself and shine in front of the public.”
Truedy and Rhee Dae Eun are both busy in their respective careers and Truedy said, “We don’t have any special plans. But we want to focus on our own work for a bit, so we don’t have any plans for children right away. We’re going to talk to each other and have a lot of conversations about it first.”
The newlyweds will live in Suwon, where Rhee Dae Eun’s baseball team, KT Wiz, is based. Check out their wedding photos here!
