TWICE, aespa, NCT 127, BTS, TXT, ITZY, ENHYPEN, And BLACKPINK Sweep Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week of December 11!

TWICE’s latest studio album “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” held onto its spot at No. 1 for the third consecutive week, making it the group’s longest-running No. 1 album yet on the World Albums chart. “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” also continued to perform well on the Billboard 200, where it became TWICE’s first album to spend three weeks in the top 30.

Two months after its release, aespa’s first mini album “Savage” re-entered the World Albums chart at No. 2, marking its third non-consecutive week on the chart. aespa also re-entered several other Billboard charts this week, including the Billboard 200, where they became the fourth K-pop girl group in history ever to chart an album for more than one week.

NCT 127’s third studio album “Sticker” stayed strong at No. 3 in its 11th week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming the first K-pop album of 2021 to spend 11 consecutive weeks on the Billboard 200.

Once again, BTS landed an impressive total of four albums in the top 15 of the World Albums chart this week: “Map of the Soul: 7” charted at No. 4, “BE” at No. 6, “BTS, The Best” at No. 11, and “Love Yourself: Tear” at No. 15.

Meanwhile, TXT’s “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” rose to No. 7 in its 27th consecutive week on the World Albums chart, extending its own record as the longest-charting K-pop album of 2021.

ITZY’s “CRAZY IN LOVE” climbed to No. 9 in its 10th week on the chart, while ENHYPEN’s “DIMENSION : DILEMMA” followed at No. 10 in its seventh week.

Finally, BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” came in at No. 13 in its 61st week on the chart.
