Bora Confirmed To Star In Ahn Eun Jin's Upcoming Drama "The One And Only"
Bora has chosen her next acting project!
On December 9, it was confirmed that Bora will be starring in JTBC’s “The One and Only.”
“The One and Only” is an emotional romance drama about three terminally ill women who meet at a hospice. They decide that before they die, they want to take down one bad guy before they go – but in their attempt to take down just one person, they wind up meeting the most valuable person of their lives. Ahn Eun Jin stars as Pyo In Sook, a woman recently diagnosed with a terminal illness. She joins Sung Mi Do (Red Velvet‘s Joy) and Kang Se Yeon (Kang Ye Won) on a journey of realizing the meaning of life.
Bora has been cast for the role of Sister Veronica, a nun who cares for the ill at a hospice. She isn’t like a typical nun, and she’s a bit immature and clumsy, but she actively helps the patients at the hospice with Sister Magdalene (played by Lee Soo Mi).
Bora commented, “It is a project where you find happiness in small moments. I’m thankful to work with good actors and staff members, and I’m working hard to show you a better performance, so please show a lot of interest.”
Bora previously appeared in various acting projects, like “Hwayugi” and “Dr. Romantic 2.” Fans can look forward to her new challenge in “The One and Only” where she will be acting as a nun for the first time.
“The One and Only” premieres on December 20 at 11 p.m. KST. Check out a teaser here!
