Upcoming Fantasy Drama Shares Sneak Peek Of Drastic Changes In Rain And Uee's Relationship

tvN’s upcoming drama “Ghost Doctor” has shared an intriguing glimpse of Rain and Uee in character!

Helmed by “Heirs” director Boo Sung Chul, “Ghost Doctor” is a fantasy medical drama about two doctors who could not be more different in terms of their backgrounds, skills, or personalities, but who end up combining bodies and spirits. Rain will star as genius thoracic surgeon Cha Young Min, while Kim Bum will play silver-spoon resident Go Seung Tak.

Uee plays Jang Se Jin, Cha Young Min’s ex-girlfriend and a neurosurgeon who has studied abroad. She seems cold on the outside but has a warm heart, and acts very different at work compared to how she acts when she’s in love.

On December 14, the drama shared new stills of Cha Young Min and Jang Se Jin. The producers hinted that the two will reunite 12 years after their breakup, drawing attention to how their relationship will change as the story progresses.

In one photo, Cha Young Min and Jang Se Jin lean against each other with tender, bright smiles. It looks as if they’re in their own world, and they seem more than happy to be in each other’s company. However, more stills capture an icy moment between the ex-couple. Cha Young Min is completely stiff as he gazes at Jang Se Jin with no emotions. Jang Se Jin is just as cold as he is, but her eyes are slightly moist with emotions.

The producers teased, “Please wait and see what kind of relationship Cha Young Min and Jang Se Jin, who were youthful first loves in the past, will get involved in after reuniting for the first time in 12 years since their breakup. In particular, please check out what emotions the two have for each other, their exciting beginning, and the story they will create through ‘Ghost Doctor.'”
