Watch: Lee Se Young And 2PM's Lee Junho Bring Laughter To "The Red Sleeve" Set With Playful Chemistry

MBC’s “The Red Sleeve” released a new behind-the-scenes video!

The making-of video begins with a hug between 2PM’s Lee Junho and Lee Se Young, who comments, “I can’t see your eyes. You’re too tall.” Although they try to embrace each other again, they keep getting interrupted by the rooster’s crowing.

Lee Se Young makes the cast laugh by pretending to snore and talk while sleeping. When Lee Junho sees Lee Se Young sleeping in his bed, he yells, “This is treason. It’s an assassin!” Lee Se Young gets playful with her expressions and pretends to sleep with her eyes open, but Lee Junho continuously praises Lee Se Young by commenting, “Deok Im (Lee Se Young) is really pretty. I’ve fallen for her.” The director remarks, “Don’t brainwash yourself.”

When the director comments that Lee Junho should be careful to not wake Lee Se Young up, Lee Junho states, “I’ll do ASMR.” He proceeds to whisper his lines and use his scroll to make soft noises for Lee Se Young. The actress comments, “This is pretty nice.”

After seeing Lee Se Young leaving Lee Junho’s room, Oh Dae Hwan begins to ad-lib his character’s concerns. The director and staff laugh about how far he’s willing to go with the ad-libs, and Oh Dae Hwan replies, “This is a big issue for me. Do I need to pack my bags and head home? However, my mother, who is alone, will be sad.” The production team explodes with laughter as Oh Dae Hwan gives a heartfelt performance, wondering if he should tell the King the truth or just pack his bags. He asks, “Which is the manlier action? It’s all because of that court lady Seong!”

In another scene, Lee Se Young and Lee Junho dramatically run to each other to reunite, but they fall from the exhaustion of running when they finally meet, destroying the romantic atmosphere. As Lee Junho embraces Lee Se Young and cleans up her hair, she pretends to faint in the middle of talking. Lee Junho asks, “Isn’t this ‘Kingdom’? Isn’t this before the transformation happens?”

Later, Lee Se Young makes the set burst out into laughter once more with her dance performance of “Rollin’.” Lee Junho comments, “We have to air this. Did you film this?”
