T-ara's Jiyeon And Ji Il Joo To Star In New Zombie Movie

T-ara’s Jiyeon and Ji Il Joo will be starring together in an exciting new film!

On December 22, it was officially announced that Jiyeon and Ji Il Joo had begun filming the upcoming movie “Gangnam” (literal title), which will be directed by Lee Soo Sung.

“Gangnam” is described as a new kind of zombie film that has never been seen before. Ji Il Joo will star as Hyunsuk, who becomes trapped inside his office building when zombies take over the Gangnam district of Seoul. Meanwhile, Jiyeon will star as Minjung, who is always the first to step forward and fight back when she sees injustice. Together, the two characters must fight for their lives as they attempt to break out of the building.

The cast of the upcoming film will also include Jo Kyung Hoon, Choi Sung Min, Jung Yi Joo, and Tak Teu In.

“Gangnam” is currently scheduled to premiere sometime in 2022.
