"The Red Sleeve" Dominates Buzzworthy Drama Rankings For 8th Consecutive Week With Final Episodes

MBC’s hit drama “The Red Sleeve” has once again reigned over this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors following its successful conclusion!

For the eighth consecutive week, “The Red Sleeve” topped Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.

Not only did the “The Red Sleeve” dominate as the most buzzworthy drama of the week, but its stars Lee Se Young and 2PM’s Lee Junho also continued to sweep the top two spots on the list for most buzzworthy drama cast members. “The Red Sleeve” aired its two final episodes on January 1, ending with a new personal best record.

In second place for buzzworthy dramas is SBS’s “Our Beloved Summer.” Cast members Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik stayed strong and defended their positions as the No. 3 and No. 4 buzzworthy actors, respectively.

tvN’s “Bulgasal” rose one spot to be the No. 3 most buzzworthy drama, and its stars also ranked high on the list for actors with Lee Jin Wook at No. 7, Kwon Nara at No. 8, and Lee Joon climbing an impressive 20 ranks to land at No. 9.

KBS2’s “Young Lady and Gentleman” came in at No. 4 for the drama ranking this week with its leads Ji Hyun Woo and Lee Se Hee ranking No. 5 and No. 6 on the list for actors.

JTBC’s “Snowdrop” followed closely behind at No. 5 among buzzworthy dramas. Following their conclusions, tvN’s “Secret Royal Inspector & Joy” finished at No. 7 while tvN’s “Melancholia” wrapped up at No. 9.
