SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan Talks About A Healthy Habit He’s Into These Days And His Goals For This Year
Seungkwan perfectly pulled off the different looks for the pictorial, and he exuded a unique aura with his chic expression and soft yet charismatic eyes.
During the interview following his photo shoot, Seungkwan talked about a healthy habit he has picked up lately. He said that he aims to walk 15,000 steps a day and explained, “I try to walk even for 30 minutes ahead of an important schedule. You need to use your thigh and hip muscles to burn fat quickly, so I do a lot of squats at home.”
On his goal for 2022, Seungkwan shared, “This year, my goal is to upload a lot of singing videos and work on a lot of songs. I have a strong image of a ‘variety show idol,’ but I want to let people know that I enjoy singing and that I’m good at it.”
Then he added, “These days, I’m into the phrase ‘Just do [it].’ It means to just do [something] without worrying about it, so I’m going to do whatever I can this year.”
