T1419's Gunwoo Tests Positive For COVID-19 After Exhibiting Flu-Like Symptoms

T1419’s Gunwoo has been diagnosed with COVID-19 after developing flu-like symptoms.

On February 12, MLD Entertainment officially announced that Gunwoo had tested positive for COVID-19. While the other T1419 members tested negative using rapid antigen tests, they have all gone into self-quarantine as a precautionary measure.

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

Hello, this is MLD Entertainment.

On February 11, T1419 member Gunwoo began exhibiting flu-like symptoms and immediately underwent PCR testing [for COVID-19]. Today (February 12), his test results came back positive.

Gunwoo previously received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and in accordance with the guidelines of government health authorities, he is currently undergoing treatment in quarantine.

While all of the other T1419 members aside from Gunwoo quickly underwent antigen tests and tested negative, in consideration of the [COVID-19] incubation period, they are all currently in self-quarantine and will continue to repeatedly undergo rapid antigen tests.

Our agency will continue to adhere to the guidelines of government health authorities in the future as well, and we will do our utmost to ensure the health and safety of our artist.
