Moon Se Yoon Tests Positive For COVID-19 + His TV Shows Adjust Filming

Comedian Moon Se Yoon has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

On February 14, his agency, FNC Entertainment, said, “Moon Se Yoon has received a positive PCR test result for COVID-19. Today (February 14), he tested himself with a self-testing kit out of precaution after experiencing a mild sore throat. When it came back positive, he went to get a PCR test and the positive result was confirmed.”

The agency continued, “Moon Se Yoon has completed two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. He has paused all work and will follow self-quarantine and treatment requirements according to the public health authorities. The agency will do our best for his treatment and recovery by prioritizing his health and safety first.”

Moon Se Yoon appears on many TV shows as a fixed cast member, including KBS’s “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4,” tvN’s “Comedy Big League” and “Amazing Saturday,” iHQ’s “Tasty Guys,” and an NQQ program.

“2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” stated, “We will carry out filming as normal without Moon Se Yoon. However, we have canceled this week’s recording although there was no close contact with the cast or crew. There will be no effect on the broadcasting schedule.”

“Tasty Guys” stated, “We have canceled this week’s recording. We will make a decision about future weeks depending on the status of the cast members.”

“Amazing Saturday” said that their entire cast and crew would get tested for COVID-19 and continue filming depending on the directions from the disease control authorities. Park Na Rae has already shared that she tested negative on a PCR test. “Comedy Big League” will continue recording as usual without Moon Se Yoon.
