Watch: Song Kang Keeps Park Min Young Giggling As They Film Hidden Office Romance Scenes In "Forecasting Love And Weather"

“Forecasting Love and Weather” has shared a behind-the-scenes look at Park Min Young and Song Kang’s secret office romance!

JTBC’s “Forecasting Love and Weather” is a romance drama about the work and love lives of people who work at the Korea Meteorological Administration, Korea’s national weather forecast service. Park Min Young stars as the frosty Jin Ha Kyung, who does everything by the book and is fastidious about keeping her personal and professional lives separate, while Song Kang stars as the free-spirited and determined Lee Si Woo, who boasts an impressive IQ of 150 but only cares about the weather.

Although Jin Ha Kyung and Lee Si Woo initially appeared to be against dating in the workplace, recent episodes have showcased extended versions of certain scenes that depict how the pair had actually been involved with each other from the start.

The new behind-the-scenes video shows viewers the process of creating these scenes. The clip starts at the office as Park Min Young, Yoon Sa Bong, and Lee Sung Wook discuss the photo of Lee Sung Wook on their coffee cups and giggle about the actor’s resemblance to Kim Tae Gyun, the host of “Cultwo Show.”

The cast continue on with rehearsals as Park Min Young and Song Kang discuss ideas for and the timing of their next scene. As they rehearse Song Kang’s winking scene, the director explains, “Just do [the wink] now and do everything the same. We just won’t use that cut [until later]. We’re going to film this situation with the wink as is and we’re just going to edit out the part where Ha Kyung and Si Woo are winking at one another.”

In the next scene, Si Woo and Ha Kyung hold hands in secret, but Song Kang makes everyone laugh by jokingly making it obvious. They begin rehearsing and Song Kang continues to hold Park Min Young’s hand while reciting his lines, making her giggle. To clarify the timing, Park Min Young asks, “Are you going to hold [my hand] after [this line]?” He makes her burst into laughter as he responds, “No. I’m holding it again.”

Ahead of the close-up shot of the pair holding hands, Song Kang hilariously rushes to warm up his hands and make his veins pop more. As she watches his efforts, Park Min Young jokingly comments, “You have to go to the hospital at this point!”
