Kim Sejeong And Ahn Hyo Seop Draw Up Contract For Their Fake Relationship In "A Business Proposal"

Kim Sejeong and Ahn Hyo Seop’s fake relationship will officially begin on the next episode of SBS’s “A Business Proposal”!

Based on a popular web novel that has been adapted into a webtoon, “A Business Proposal” is a romantic comedy about an office employee who goes on a blind date with her company’s CEO in place of a friend while hiding her identity. Ahn Hyo Seop stars as chaebol heir Kang Tae Mu, who has everything from looks and brains to wealth and business savvy. Meanwhile, Kim Sejeong stars as food researcher Shin Ha Ri, who stands in for her best friend and chaebol heiress Jin Young Seo (Seol In Ah) at a blind date with Kang Tae Mu. However, things are made complicated by an unexpected snag in their plan: Kang Tae Mu just so happens to be Shin Ha Ri’s boss.

On the previous episode of “A Business Proposal,” Kang Tae Mu became determined to convince Shin Ha Ri—whom he knows by the fake name Shin Geum Hee—to enter into a contractual fake relationship with him. However, unbeknownst to Kang Tae Mu, Shin Ha Ri had her own reasons for refusing: on top of already deceiving her company’s CEO (Kang Tae Mu), if she began fake dating him to fool his grandfather, she would also be deceiving its chairman.

As Kang Tae Mu aggressively attempted to persuade Shin Ha Ri to change her mind, the episode ended with an accidental kiss that made viewers’ hearts skip a beat.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, it appears that Kang Tae Mu has succeeded in convincing Shin Ha Ri to help him trick his grandfather. Despite her fervent refusals in the previous episode, the soon-to-be fake couple sits across from each other in a conference room as Shin Ha Ri carefully pores over the details of their contract.

In order to present the image of a girlfriend and a romance that his grandfather would like, Kang Tae Mu has carefully planned every last detail of their fake relationship—and Shin Ha Ri looks shocked as she takes in the PowerPoint presentation that he has prepared for her.

The producers of “A Business Proposal” teased, “Tae Mu and Ha Ri’s contractual fake relationship will begin in earnest [this week]. Ha Ri will exceed Tae Mu’s expectations in her transformation into ‘fake girlfriend Shin Geum Hee,’ and the chaotic incidents that unfold as the two characters begin fake dating will heighten the fun of the story. Please look forward to Episodes 3 and 4 of ‘A Business Proposal.'”
