Watch: NCT DREAM Debates The Meaning Of Their "Glitch Mode" MV In New Reaction Video
NCT DREAM has shared a fun reaction vid for their latest music video!
On March 31, NCT DREAM posted a clip of themselves reacting to their cool new music video for “Glitch Mode,” the title track of their second full-length album of the same name.
Throughout the video, the NCT DREAM members can’t help dancing—and “buffering”—along as they get hyped to the song. The idols also adorably show love for their own bandmates, repeatedly commenting on how cool or cute the other members look.
In addition to sharing some fun facts about filming, like which scenes were especially hard to film and which parts were CGI, the NCT DREAM members also discuss the meaning of the music video after they’re done watching it together.
Referring to Jeno collapsing on the ground at the very end, Jaemin asks, “Does that ending mean that [he or we] failed?” Mark chimes in, “Right, I was just going to ask about that. So the story [of the video] is that we were supposed to meet the person we love at 7, but by 9, they still hadn’t shown up. So Haechan froze the world, but they still never came, up until the very end, right?”
However, Haechan puts an end to the debate by pointing out, “NCTzens [NCT’s fans] may each have their own interpretations [of the ending].” Referencing a line repeated in several of NCT DREAM’s songs, Jeno then playfully tells their fans, “We’ll always be waiting for you at the same time and the same place.”
