Watch: Kim Sejeong And Ahn Hyo Seop Are Full Of Witty Ideas While Filming Date Scenes For "A Business Proposal"

SBS’s “A Business Proposal” took viewers behind the scene’s of Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong’s date scenes!

Based on a popular web novel that has been adapted into a webtoon, “A Business Proposal” is a romantic comedy about an office employee who goes on a blind date with her company’s CEO in place of a friend while hiding her identity. Ahn Hyo Seop stars as chaebol heir Kang Tae Moo, who has everything from looks and brains to wealth and business savvy. Kim Sejeong stars as food researcher Shin Ha Ri, who stands in for her best friend and chaebol heiress Jin Young Seo (Seol In Ah) at a blind date with Kang Tae Moo.

The behind-the-scenes video follows Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong as they film scenes for the first date their characters go on after realizing their feelings for each other. Beginning at a restaurant, Kim Sejeong marvels at Ahn Hyo Seop’s forearms as he cuts onions. She then slyly asks him if he would rather watch Shin Ha Ri eat or feed her. He retorts, “How old are you? Do you not have hands?” Kim Sejeong laughs at his joke, but then Ahn Hyo Seop adds sweetly, “I’ll feed you.”

Later on, Kim Sejeong delights in Ahn Hyo Seop’s line, “You’re so cute you’re making my heart pound,” and can’t keep herself from laughing when he says it. Afterwards, the pair partake in the food that had been used as a prop, and Kim Sejeong teases, “This is delicious! Kang Tae Moo is a great cook.”

Next, they sit on a pair of park swings rehearsing a nighttime kiss scene. They brainstorm different ideas, such as having Ahn Hyo Seop move closer to Kim Sejeong on the swing. Eventually, he stands up to lean down and kiss her, and gets surprised with she pulls his coat to bring him closer. Kim Sejeong also says, “It would be funny if he sat down, right?” Ahn Hyo Seop then tries squatting down to make his height shrink to the laughter of the surrounding staff.

Their next stop is a flower shop, where Ahn Hyo Seop makes it painfully obvious that he lacks knowledge about flowers. During filming, he mistakenly pronounces “peony,” and defends himself by saying, “I don’t know much about flowers!” Kim Sejeong then jokingly asks him about his favorite flower, and when pressed for a specific name he responds, “Lisianthus!”

The video wraps up at a restaurant, where Kim Sejeong shows off her amazing ad-lib skills by talking Ahn Hyo Seop’s ear off during filming. He sits by her side as he observes her in awe, and Kim Sejeong lets out a sheepish laugh when she realizes he isn’t talking back. The pair also improvise a kiss that wasn’t in the script, and Kim Sejeong announces this with pride to the camera before turning to Ahn Hyo Seop and adding, “Now will this end up on air?”
