“Sh**ting Stars” has released a behind-the-scenes video from the drama’s poster shoot!
tvN’s “Sh**ting Stars” is a romantic comedy about the people who work behind the scenes in the entertainment industry cleaning up the messes created by the stars. The drama depicts the realistic story of people who stand behind the celebrities and shed blood, sweat, and tears to make them shine like stars in the sky.
Lee Sung Kyung introduces her character Oh Han Byul as Star Force Entertainment’s PR team leader. For her poster shoot, she captures Oh Han Byul’s busy lifestyle as she chaotically answers phone calls and depicts the character’s exhausted facial expressions.
Kim Young Dae greets viewers and shares, “I’m Kim Young Dae, who plays the role of Star Force Entertainment’s superstar, Gong Tae Sung.” For his posters, Kim Young Dae focuses on conveying Gong Tae Sung’s charming aura.
Yoon Jong Hoon and Kim Yoon Hye introduce themselves as Kang Yoo Sung and Park Ho Young, who are the leaders of Management Teams 1 and 2. While showing off their charisma and chemistry during the shoot, the pair are full of giggles in between takes.
Girl’s Day’s Sojin and CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin star as Jo Gi Bbeum and Do Soo Hyuk, who work with Star Force Entertainment. Jo Gi Bbeum is an entertainment reporter while Do Soo Hyuk serves as the agency’s legal advisor. Their posters show how dedicated their characters are to their careers as they stand firm and serious.
As Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae film together for their poster, Lee Sung Kyung adorably teases the actor by calling out, “He’s embarrassed!”
Later, Sojin shares, “Our drama ‘Sh**ting Stars’ has a lot of realistic aspects so I think you’ll say, ‘Oh, it’s like that!’ and really feel as if you’re observing in secret.” Yoon Jong Hoon adds, “All the characters are really charming, so I believe that it’ll feel like a gift set.”
“Sh**ting Stars” premieres on April 22 at 10:40 p.m. KST and will be available with English subtitles on Viki.
