Lee Jung Eun Tearfully Relives High School Memories On A Trip With Her 1st Love Cha Seung Won In "Our Blues"

tvN’s “Our Blues” has shared a sneak peek of Cha Seung Won and Lee Jung Eun’s nostalgic trip to Mokpo!

“Our Blues” is a new omnibus-style drama set in Jeju Island that tells the sweet, sour, and bitter life stories of a diverse array of characters. In addition to Cha Seung Won and Lee Jung Eun, the star-studded cast includes Lee Byung Hun, Shin Min Ah, Kim Woo Bin, Han Ji Min, Kim Hye Ja, Uhm Jung Hwa, and more.

Lee Jung Eun stars in the drama as Jung Eun Hee, a fish shop owner who is unexpectedly reunited with her first love after 30 years, while Cha Seung Won plays Jung Eun Hee’s first love Choi Han Soo, who returns to his hometown of Jeju a changed man after years of city life.

On the previous episode of “Our Blues,” Jung Eun Hee and Choi Han Soo reminisced about their happy memories from their school days. They then took off on a trip to Mokpo, where they once went on a field trip back in high school.

However, while Jung Eun Hee’s heart is aflutter at the prospect of spending time with her long-lost first love, Choi Han Soo has an ulterior motive: he is secretly hoping to ask her to lend him some money.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, the former classmates get emotional as they relive their teenage years. Since Choi Han Soo used to play basketball in high school, the duo tosses around a basketball while laughing and looking back on the past—but before they know it, both of them find their eyes welling up with tears as they realize how much has changed since then.

Although part of him wants to ask to borrow money, Choi Han Soo also can’t help wanting Jung Eun Hee to keep remembering him as the cool, dreamy guy she envisions in her glossy memories of her first love. Reluctant to break the spell, the tormented Choi Han Soo keeps hesitating, undoubtedly making viewers anxious as they wait to find out how the duo’s trip will end.
