BTS Makes History As "Fake Love" Becomes Their 6th MV To Hit 1.1 Billion Views

Only a few weeks after hitting the 1.1 billion mark with “IDOL,” BTS has done it again!

Just before 3:45 a.m. KST on April 23, BTS’s music video for “Fake Love” surpassed 1.1 billion views on YouTube, making it the group’s sixth music video to do so after “DNA,” “Boy With Luv,” “Dynamite,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” and “IDOL.”

With this latest achievement, BTS has now become the only group from any country to have reached the milestone with six different videos on YouTube.

BTS originally released the music video for “Fake Love” on May 18, 2018 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning that it took the song just over three years, 11 months, and four days to hit the 1.1 billion mark.
