Upcoming Drama "The Sound Of Magic" Releases Mystical Character Posters Of Ji Chang Wook, Hwang In Yeop, And Choi Sung Eun

“The Sound of Magic” has unveiled beautiful character posters featuring its three lead actors!

The new Netflix series is described as a fantasy music drama about the story that unfolds when the mysterious magician Rieul (Ji Chang Wook) suddenly appears in front of a girl named Yoon Ah Yi (Choi Sung Eun), who has lost her dreams, and her classmate named Na Il Deung (Hwang In Yeop), who is being forced to dream. The drama is based on the webtoon “Annarasumanara” by writer Ha Il Kwon which was serialized on Naver Webtoon in 2010 and adapted into a play.

The newly released posters feature Rieul, Yoon Ah Yi, and Na Il Deung in a dreamy atmosphere with phrases that make viewers curious about their backstories. Rieul gazes at someone with mesmerizing eyes as a blue butterfly adds a magical touch to his poster. The caption describes him as “a magician who wants to remain a child forever.” Director Kim Sung Yoon commented, “Thanks to his playfulness and boyishness, he made Rieul’s innocence stand out, and he also expressed his character’s dual sides well.”

Choi Sung Eun faithfully portrayed her character Yoon Ah Yi with meaningful eyes that contain both sorrow and excitement. The text on the poster describes her as “a child who is desperate to grow up.” Regarding Choi Sung Eun, the writer Kim Min Jung remarked, “She’s a really good actress who fills the screen even without any lines.”

In the third poster, Na Il Deung represents the conflicting youth with his complex expression. The quote reads, “Those dreams you’re talking about. Do I really need one?” Ji Chang Wook praised Hwang In Yeop, saying, “The charms of actor Hwang In Yeop and the character Na Il Deung united and showed great synergy.”
