Watch: Im Soo Hyang Must Choose Between Her Baby's Father Sung Hoon And Boyfriend Shin Dong Wook In "Woori The Virgin" Teaser

SBS’s upcoming drama “Woori the Virgin” has released a highlight trailer!

“Woori the Virgin” is a Korean remake of the American rom-com “Jane the Virgin,” which is based on a Venezuelan telenovela. The drama is about a woman named Oh Woo Ri (Im Soo Hyang) who is strictly maintaining her chastity before marriage but ends up pregnant after an accident occurs during a medical exam.

The caption at the beginning of the new teaser declares, “Her bewildering romance is about to unfold,” hinting Oh Woo Ri’s unusual love story. A doctor congratulates her as he announces that she’s pregnant, and she firmly states, “That’s impossible.”

Now, Oh Woo Ri must choose between Raphael (Sung Hoon), the father of her baby who has fallen head over heels for her, or Lee Kang Jae (Shin Dong Wook), her longtime boyfriend who has faithfully stayed by her side. As the CEO of a cosmetics company, Raphael is more than wealthy and competent, and he confidently says, “From now on, call me anytime if you need anything. I can do everything.”

On the other hand, Lee Kang Jae, a violent crimes detective, shows off his sweet charms as he holds himself back from kissing his own girlfriend to respect her wishes. He tells her, “Woo Ri, no matter what happens, I’m always on your side.” Oh Woo Ri thanks him for liking her, and with a loving smile, he responds, “You’re the best.”

Oh Woo Ri looks disheartened as she reflects on her kiss with Raphael and says, “It would’ve been perfect if I hadn’t had my first kiss with him.” Raphael officially starts to come between the happy couple, and Lee Kang Jae can’t help but be annoyed by his unwelcoming presence. They engage in an icy war of nerves and end up drinking together with competitive spirits. Raphael drunkenly declares, “I’m her first kiss,” and Lee Kang Jae angrily remarks, “Now you’ve crossed the line.”

Oh Woo Ri wonders aloud which man she should be with. Raphael states that he’s going to take responsibility of his baby, but his feelings for Oh Woo Ri is genuine as he claims, “I thought there’d be one person I was meant to be with. I think that’s you, Ms. Oh.”

Not only does Oh Woo Ri have to deal with a baby and two men who are in love with her, but she also comes face-to-face with Choi Sung Il (Kim Soo Ro) who claims he’s her dad!
