Im Soo Hyang And Sung Hoon Share A Touching Moment Together In "Woori The Virgin"

SBS’s “Woori the Virgin” shared new stills of the upcoming episode!

A remake of the hit American show “Jane the Virgin” (which was itself based on a Venezuelan telenovela), “Woori the Virgin” tells the story of a woman named Oh Woo Ri (played by Im Soo Hyang) who has been strictly maintaining her chastity before marriage but winds up pregnant after an accidental artificial insemination during a medical exam.

Previously, Lee Ma Ri (Hong Ji Yoon) hastily signed the divorce papers in order to keep her ex-husband Park Doo Pal (Kim Sa Kwon) a secret, but she could not let Raphael (Sung Hoon) go, especially after seeing him be sweet to Oh Woo Ri.

The newly released stills capture BJ (broadcasting jockey) Bbiggu suddenly taking over Seo Gwi Nyeo’s (Yeon Woon Kyung‘s) restaurant. Oh Woo Ri looks angry, facing BJ Bbiggu with a stiff expression. Furthermore, the BJ films the entire situation with a threatening expression, previewing the potentially dangerous situation Oh Woo Ri is in.

Due to BJ Bbiggu’s atrocious actions, people begin to gather at the restaurant. Seo Gwi Nyeo also looks furious as if she is close to lashing out, and even the police come to intervene, raising questions about the incident that will occur.

The production team shared, “In episode 8, Oh Woo Ri and her family face a crisis once again due to Lee Ma Ri’s plan to tell the world about Oh Woo Ri’s pregnancy. Please keep watch to see through what process Oh Woo Ri will overcome this unexpected run into trouble.”

More stills capture Oh Woo Ri and Raphael together in the hospital hallway. Raphael is holding tightly onto a sonogram with a sincere expression. He is moved to tears while Oh Woo Ri pats him on the back with an affectionate gaze. The stills convey how the two will gradually grow closer as they spend more and more time together.

The production team shared, “In episode 8, Oh Woo Ri and Raphael visit the OB/GYN (obstetrician-gynecologist) clinic to get a sonogram. Please anticipate how Raphael, whose feelings for Oh Woo Ri are also growing in addition to those for his child, will change through this event.”
