2 Of BTS's Songs From Upcoming Album "Proof" Deemed Unsuitable For Broadcast By KBS
KBS announced that they had deemed two of the songs from BTS’s upcoming album “Proof” to be unfit for broadcast.
Four of the songs from the album including “Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment),” “Run BTS,” “For Youth,” and “Born Singer” were submitted for deliberation. On June 8, the results revealed that two songs, “Run BTS” and “Born Singer,” were deemed unsuitable for broadcast.
According to a representative of KBS, the songs were deemed unsuitable due to “lyrics using swear words, vulgar words, and crude expressions.” The deliberation for the song “For Youth” was also deferred as the lyrics for the first 30 seconds of the song of the concert’s sound effects were not included.
Of the four songs, only the title track “Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)” was determined fit for broadcast.
BTS will return with their upcoming anthology album “Proof” along with the music video for the title track on June 10 at 1 p.m. KST. To celebrate their return, BTS will hold their “Proof” comeback live via their official YouTube channel on their ninth anniversary on June 13 at 9 p.m. KST.
