LIGHTSUM's Juhyeon To Sit Out Promotions After Her Grandmother Passes Away

LIGHTSUM’s Juhyeon will temporarily be halting activities.

On June 9 KST, LIGHTSUM’s agency Cube Entertainment shared that Juhyeon’s grandmother had passed away and that the member would be sitting out promotions for the time being. Read their full statement below:

Hello. This is Cube Entertainment.

We’ve come to share unfortunate news as LIGHTSUM’s member Juhyeon’s grandmother passed away today.

As a result, after participating in previously scheduled music show pre-recordings (KBS2’s ‘Music Bank,’ MBC’s ‘Music Core’), Juhyeon will inevitably be absent from future broadcasts and fan signings.

We ask for fans’ understanding and we plan to release a new announcement as soon as possible regarding future schedules.

We hope that you send your warm comfort so that Juhyeon can have a period of mourning with her family.
