PSY's "Gangnam Style" Flies Past 4.5 Billion Views + Extends Record As Most-Watched Korean-Language MV

PSY’s iconic “Gangnam Style” music video has surpassed 4.5 billion views!

On August 4 at approximately 10:05 p.m. KST, “Gangnam Style” by PSY reached over 4.5 billion views on YouTube, remaining one of the top 10 most-viewed music videos of all time.

Last March, PSY’s “Gangnam Style” became the first Korean-language music video ever to hit the 4 billion mark on YouTube and now the achievement extends to 4.5 billion views.

“Gangnam Style” was first released on July 15, 2012 and the song has now reached over 4.5 billion views shortly after its 10 year anniversary, taking about 10 years and 20 days.
