ATEEZ Achieves 6th Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Boy Group In Hanteo History

ATEEZ continues to soar to new heights with their latest album!

Last week, ATEEZ made their highly-anticipated comeback with their new album “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT,” featuring the powerful title track “Guerrilla.”

On August 4, Hanteo Chart officially announced that the group had achieved the highest first-week sales of their career to date with the new album.

According to Hanteo Chart data, “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” sold an impressive total of 936,055 copies in the first week of its release (July 29 to August 4)—a figure over 40 percent higher than ATEEZ’s previous first-week sales record of 665,350 copies (set by their 2021 mini album “ZERO : FEVER Part.3“).

This new figure makes ATEEZ the boy group with the sixth-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, following BTS, SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, TXT, and ENHYPEN.

“THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” also reached No. 1 on Tower Records’ latest weekly album chart in Japan (for the week of July 25 to 31), in addition to topping iTunes charts in numerous countries around the world.
