Elle magazine’s latest issue features a gorgeous pictorial with Kang Tae Oh!
The “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” star shed his “green flag” image from the drama and exuded completely different charms in the sensuous pictorial.
“Extraordinary Attorney You” tells the story of Woo Young Woo (Park Eun Bin), a young lawyer with Asperger’s syndrome who joins a major law firm. Due to her high IQ of 164, impressive memory, and creative thought process, the brilliant Woo Young Woo graduates at the top of her class from the prestigious Seoul National University for both college and law school – but she still finds herself struggling when it comes to social interactions.
Kang Tae Oh plays Lee Joon Ho, a kind and popular employee at the law firm that Woo Young Woo works at who is head over heels for her.
During the interview, Kang Tae Oh mentioned “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” saying, “Each episode has a variety of incidents, and I felt exhilarated by the characters growing within those [events]. Thanks to the popularity of the work, I’ve heard that there’s a lot of talk about me on social media and YouTube. Some people have been watching my old projects that I have filmed with affection. I’m really grateful.”
Kang Tae Oh has always walked the path of an actor at his own pace. He remarked, “When I attempt what I haven’t tried before and discover new and familiar [sides of] myself, I find a driving force that helps me move forward.”
Concerning his upcoming military enlistment, he said, “Due to this drama, I’m so glad that I can confidently say ‘I’ll be back safely.’ I feel more reassured than disappointed.”
