THE BOYZ Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World With Latest Comeback
THE BOYZ is making a splash on the music charts with their latest comeback!
On August 16 at 6 p.m. KST, the boy group returned with their seventh mini album “BE AWARE” along with the music video for the title track “WHISPER.”
According to their agency IST Entertainment, the title track “WHISPER” topped Korea’s online music charts shortly after its release, including No. 1 on Bugs and No. 25 on Melon realtime charts. All six new songs in the new album achieved great success on the music charts, and as of August 17 at 1 a.m. KST, “WHISPER” rose to No. 18 on the Melon realtime charts.
The album also enjoyed global success. “BE AWARE” hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in seven different regions, including Chile, Columbia, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Azerbaijan. It also topped iTunes charts in Brazil, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Russia, Canada, and the United States. Additionally, it ranked 20th place on Japan’s Line Music’s Top 100 chart.
Furthermore, THE BOYZ’s album hit No. 1 on Circle Chart’s Retail Album Chart and Hanteo Chart’s Physical Album Chart. The boy group is expected to continue its remarkable performance, thanks to the enthusiastic response of the fandom, which has become stronger due to the success of their world tour.
