Kim Ji Eun Is A Confident Woman From A Prestigious Family Whose Life Changes After Meeting Namgoong Min In "One Dollar Lawyer"

SBS’s “One Dollar Lawyer” has released the first glimpse of Kim Ji Eun in character!

“One Dollar Lawyer” will star Namgoong Min as Cheon Ji Hoon, a lawyer who only charges an attorney’s fee of 1,000 won (approximately $0.75) despite his renowned skills. A hero who comes to the rescue of clients without money or connections, Cheon Ji Hoon isn’t afraid of facing off against the rich and powerful who use expensive lawyers to escape the law.

Kim Ji Eun stars as Baek Ma Ri who is in the last stages of training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute to become a prosecutor. She is from a “royal family” among judicial circles with superb qualifications and a splendid future set out for her. When the confident and arrogant Baek Ma Ri meets Cheon Ji Hoon, her smooth-sailing life gets turned upside down.

The newly released stills show the assertive charms of Baek Ma Ri who oozes high self-esteem. She catches attention with her bold short hair, glamorous and chic accessories, and colorful suits. She wears a coy and confident expression on her face, and her loveliness is reflected in her bright smile. Fans are especially looking forward to her chemistry with Namgoong Min, whom she has worked with before.

Kim Ji Eun shared, “I thought Baek Ma Ri’s charm was frankly speaking her thoughts and opinions, so I styled my appearance with a sharp bob and colorful outfits. Internally, I am paying attention to her appearance and behavior so that they can be conveyed well without being perceived as rude to others.”
