This fantasy romance is based on a popular webtoon and tells the story of a 22-year-old college student named Lee Dam (Girl’s Day’s Hyeri) who accidentally swallows the marble of a 999-year-old male gumiho (a mythological nine-tailed fox) named Shin Woo Yeo (Jang Ki Yong), who was close to achieving his goal of becoming human. Shin Woo Yeo reveals himself to Lee Dam and suggests that they live together until they can figure out a way to get the bead out of her safely. The drama starts off as a frightening cohabitation with a mythical being, but as Shin Woo Yeo gradually becomes more human-like because of Lee Dam, it gets more exciting to see a budding romance between the two.
