"The Golden Spoon" Earns Its Highest Friday Ratings Yet; "One Dollar Lawyer" Is Most-Watched Show Of The Week Among Young Viewers
Even amidst stiff competition from “One Dollar Lawyer,” MBC’s “The Golden Spoon” is back on the rise!
On October 14, the fantasy drama starring BTOB‘s Yook Sungjae and DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon achieved its highest viewership ratings to date for a Friday, when its ratings are typically lower compared to Saturdays. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “The Golden Spoon” scored an average nationwide rating of 6.1 percent.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “One Dollar Lawyer” was the most-watched program to air on any channel on Friday, climbing to an average nationwide rating of 14.5 percent for the night. The drama was also the most-watched show of the entire week among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored an average rating of 5.3 percent.
Finally, tvN’s “Blind” kicked off the second half of its run on an average nationwide rating of 2.4 percent.
