“Cheer Up” has released its behind-the-scenes video for Episode 8!

SBS’s “Cheer Up” is a campus mystery rom-com about a college cheer squad whose glory days are long gone and is now on the verge of falling apart. Han Ji Hyun stars as Do Hae Yi, a rookie member of Yonhee University’s cheer squad Theia, who has a cheerful personality despite facing difficult circumstances at home. Bae In Hyuk stars as Theia’s often misunderstood captain Park Jung Woo, who is a firm stickler for the rules but is also a romantic at heart.

The new video takes viewers behind the scenes of Episode 8, with the cast getting into their usual adorable antics whenever the cameras stop rolling.

While filming the scene in which the team prepares for the upcoming festival with posters and flyers, Han Ji Hyun, Bae In Hyuk, and Lee Eun Saem don’t miss the opportunity to have some fun with the props, and their silly smiles and laughter are contagious. Bae In Hyuk also shows off his impressive impersonation of fellow cast member Hyun Woo Seok, even going so far as to don a pair of glasses just as the other actor does and making his co-stars dissolve into uncontrollable laughter.

Then comes the time for an emotional scene between Han Ji Hyun and Kim Hyun Jin, with Bae In Hyuk watching from afar. Though the scene certainly tugged at viewers’ heartstrings in the drama, the three make it clear that all is well between them in real life once the the director calls “Cut!”
