The Russian embassy has also stepped forward, promising to directly resolve the transportation costs for their citizens who are unable to gather the funds required. They are also issuing the documents necessary for transporting the body as quickly as possible and are discussing the issues of cost directly with the business in charge.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is discussing with related ministries how to pay funeral expenses in advance to prevent such cases from occurring to foreign victims.

We offer our deepest condolences to the victims of this tragedy and their loved ones.
