On the latest episode of “The King of Mask Singer,” the identity of “Shower with Money” was revealed!

During the November 20 broadcast of the MBC singing competition, four contestants continued their quest to challenge the reigning champion for the throne.

In the first match-up of Round 2, Shower with Money performed a soulful cover of IU’s hit song “Celebrity.”

On last week’s episode of the show, DRIPPIN’s Cha Jun Ho guessed that Shower with Money might be “L” from girl group “N.” Quickly catching on to whom he meant, Sam Hammington chimed in, “She and I share something in common. We’re both from Australia.”

After watching her performance of “Celebrity,” Sam Hammington added that he thought he heard Shower with Money use an Australian accent when pronouncing the word “celebrity,” suggesting that Cha Jun Ho’s guess was right.

Shower with Money ultimately lost the round to her opponent by a difference of one vote, and so she remained behind on stage to take off her mask and reveal her identity to the crowd. Just as Cha Jun Ho had hinted, she turned out to be none other than Lily of NMIXX.

Lily explained that though she’d tried to keep her appearance on “The King of Mask Singer” a secret from the other NMIXX members, she’d ultimately failed after repeatedly getting caught practicing her singing.

After the episode aired, NMIXX also posted two backstage photos of Lily on their official Twitter account.
