TXT's Soobin Scores Bebe Rexha's Phone Number In Adorable Exchange After American Music Awards

It’s safe to say that TXT’s Soobin is officially a successful fan!

Ever since his debut, Soobin has mentioned multiple times that he is a huge fan of Bebe Rexha, which has led to some sweet interactions between the two singers over the years: after Soobin declared that he was her biggest fan back in 2019, an endeared Bebe Rexha expressed interest in a collaboration, and she also went live on Instagram with all of the TXT members back in 2020.

However, it wasn’t until the American Music Awards (AMAs) on November 20 that Soobin finally got to see Bebe Rexha in person for the first time. Both TXT and the American singer attended the award ceremony this weekend, where Soobin mentioned on the red carpet that he was excited to be able to see her perform.

That same evening, a touched Bebe Rexha took to Instagram Stories to share a clip of Soobin talking about her in the red carpet interview.

Later on in the night, after the awards were over, Soobin took to Twitter to adorably express his excitement at having seen Bebe Rexha perform live.

Posting several photos from the show, Soobin wrote, “Finally I saw Bebe Rexha! After watching your [performance], I was so amazed and now I can blissfully sleep well. Next time, let’s definitely have a meet and greet plz…!”

Early the following morning, Bebe Rexha responded to Soobin by writing, “Let’s meet in LA!!! Where are you today?!”

Unfortunately, though, Soobin was already on his way back to Korea. The devastated idol posted a selfie of his “tears” and wrote, “Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Unfortunately, I’m already on the plane back to Seoul. Should I get off? 🙁 Pretty please for a selfie together if we get to meet up next time… Much love for you, always!!”

Shortly afterwards, the phrase “SHOULD I GET OFF” began trending on Twitter.

However, all was not lost: after seeing his response, Bebe Rexha wrote back, “I will message you my number!!!!”
