Choi Siwon Searches For Lee Sun Bin, Han Sun Hwa, And Jung Eun Ji Who Have Escaped To Nature In "Work Later, Drink Now 2"
The premiere of “Work Later, Drink Now 2” is almost here, and the drama has released a couple more stills to get viewers even more excited!
Based on a popular webtoon, “Work Later, Drink Now” tells the story of three women whose life philosophies revolve around having a drink after getting off work. Lee Sun Bin stars as television writer Ahn So Hee, Han Sun Hwa plays yoga instructor Han Ji Yeon, Apink’s Jung Eun Ji plays origami YouTuber Kang Ji Goo, and Super Junior’s Choi Siwon plays producing director Kang Book Goo. The first season was full of moments that told a story of true friendship, and it is expected that the narrative of these three besties will only continue to blossom in the new season.
Spoilers
In the last season, Han Ji Yeon was suddenly diagnosed with breast cancer, which caused the three women’s lives to change drastically in the blink of an eye. Much like this sudden turn of events, there is high anticipation to see just how these three friends will change and grow as they take charge to live life on their own terms.
The newly released stills show Ahn So Hee, Han Ji Yeon, and Kang Ji Goo looking to be as close as ever. The three can be seen holding hands and meditating together in the middle of the forest, seemingly having let go of all of their worries and allowing themselves to feel free and unburdened by the weight of the world.
In order to help with Han Ji Yeon’s natural healing, they build themselves a little hut that will become their secret hideout, trying their hand at living with wild animals and doing all sorts of things they could never experience in the busy city. The three will become closer than ever, and viewers can look forward to seeing their bond strengthen even more than they thought could be possible.
On top of all of that, Ahn So Hee’s co-worker Kang Book Goo will be reunited with the group of friends. He looks a bit worse for wear when he finally finds the three women, his hair grown out while he sports a shaggy beard, the light in his eyes dimmed after searching high and low for the three who had simply disappeared from the city.
“Work Later, Drink Now 2” premieres on December 9 at 4 p.m. KST. Check out a teaser for the drama here!
